At Calgary Short Term Stays, we offer a flexible cancellation policy because we understand that plans can change.

You can cancel most of our listings up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund, less processing fees.

Our larger homes, such as the Calgary Grand Retreat, require 30 days’ notice for a full refund.

Please note that due to high demand, bookings for the Calgary Stampede are strictly non-refundable.
